Matchday 28 in Thai Premier League, in which Bangkok Glass visited the stadium of BEC Tero Sasana. Tie to one goal at the end of the 90 minutes, a point that does not satisfy any of the teams. In the first leg, Bangkok Glass won clearly by 5-0.
The match started in the best way for Bangkok Glass, as they took the lead after only 5 minutes. A throw-in in the left side ended with a crossing into the heart of the box from Siwakorn, the defender missed the clearance and the ball ended in the feet of Goshi, who only had to kick on goal and the ball went into the back of the net despite the attempt of the goalkeeper to clear it. The local team could only approach the rival goal with free-kicks, in balls crossed to the box without too much danger; in the last one the header went slightly out, that was their best chance. Nothing else to highlight in a first half in which Bangkok Glass administered well the advantage and defended with order.
Everything changed with the start of the second half, because the local team managed to level the match in their first attempt on goal; it was minute 50. A ball deflected to the edge of the box was kicked by Wiwatchaichoke with a strong low shot that entered the goal close to the left post of Narit‘s goal. A great goal. The substitution of Aridane made his team to start generating opportunities. The first one in a corner-kick from the right side to the far post headed by Matt Smith and the ball was cleared by a defender over the goal line. The next one by Aridane, after a crossing to the box from right wing by Kaikaew that crossed all the box and Aridane, alone in the far post, missed inexplicably and sent the ball out went the easiest was to put it inside the net. From here till the end no more chances for either team.
After the tie, Bangkok Glass is now fourth, now tied to 48 points with Chonburi, who is third. Behind, Suphanburi and Bangkok United are fifth and sixth, tied to 47 points. On top, Buriram took advantage again of the defeat of Muang Thong to increase the difference and is leading the table with 68 points, already five points ahead of its rival for the title.
