In matchday 15 we had a very difficult home game against one of the best teams in the championship, BEC Tero Sasana, who is currently 2nd in the table only 2 points behind the leader, Muang Thong United. We did not have much luck and we lost 1-2.
It was a complicated game, not only for the rival, also due to the condition of the pitch, which was flooded. In the first half we had some good chances to open the score, first one after a quick side-kick that caught the rival defence out of place, Nagasato controlled the ball but his shot was stopped due to the water accumulated after it had surpassed the goalkeeper and the defender could clear the ball to the side. Shortly after, Rattana made the rival goalkeeper work with a far distance shot and Apiwat, playing today central defender in the starting line-up with Choompol, could also open the score in a corner-kick but he could not score.
Goals came in the second half, first goal for BEC Tero came after our best opportunity in the game, Nagasato, inside the box, could not score after receiving a deflection from the goalkeeper after a shot by Heberty and in the continuation of the play, following a cross from the right side, the rival attacker controlled the ball with the chest in the central edge of the box and beat Ukrit with a great shot; it was the 48th minute. In the 57th minute, in a counterattack after a corner-kick for us, they scored the 0-2; the rival forward, after dribbling Ukrit and Eakkaluck only had to kick the ball into the net. We had a couple chances to score the 1-2 with Dummie and Douglas, but the goal only came in the 80th minute, from a penalty over John, converted by Douglas. There were 10 minutes left to try to draw the match but we could not create any more goal chances.
With this result we are still with 18 points in the 13th place, now 12 points behind the leader. We need to break this bad run of results the soonest.
