We played at home in matchday 26 of Thai Premier League against Sisaket FC. The final score was 0-0, same result as in the first leg.
It was a match with not many clear goal chances. The first shot with some danger was in minute 25 by Heberty, but his free-kick went to the left of the goal. 3 minutes later was Chutipon who tried but his long distance shot went over the bar. In the 31st minute Heberty, after a corner-kick played with Quero, shot to the hands of the goalkeeper. The only chances in this period were ours, Ukrit was a mere spectator. In the 35th minute Chutipon, inside the area, shot to the side of the net. In extra time of this first half we had a great opportunity to open the score, Quero sent a pass over the defence to Heberty, who made a bad control and tried to shoot but the ball went to Fabio Lopes but not in a good position and could not score.
Second half was a bit different. 3 minutes after the start, they were close to score the first goal, but the crossed shot went out grazing the right post of Ukrit’s goal. In the 76th minute they were close to score a direct goal from the corner, but the ball ended in the side of the net. Meanwhile, we just had a couple of far shots from Yai and Quero. When the game was ending we had a few chances to win it. In the first one, Quero crossed a ball to the small box from the left wing, where Genki kicked the ball with a volley but the ball went out of the left post. In the second one, already in extra time and after some chaos in the box, the ball ended in Heberty who shot but it went over the bar after deflecting in a rival defender. In the subsequent corner-kick Dummie met the cross with his chest, the goalkeeper could not block the ball and it crossed over the goal line until the defence cleared it, the ball then went to Heberty but his shot went again over the bar. We had victory close, but we could not get it at the end.
With this draw we continue in 9th position with 37 points, 16 points behind Buriram United, leader alone after the draw from Chonburi and the defeat of Muang Thong, who is now 4th due to the victory of BEC Tero Sasana, which is now 2nd.
