Matchday 14 of Thai Premier League in which Bangkok Glass received at Leo Stadium the visit of Saraburi, last in the standings. Despite this, they created a complicated game for the local team, who only managed to score the wining goal in the last minutes.
The first chance of the game was for the local team, with a very long distance shot by Kaimbi from the left side that was blocked by the goalkeeper without trouble. Saraburi answered with a shot from the edge of the box well blocked too by Narit. The visiting team could score in their second chance, after a combination on the right-edge of the box, the ball ended in the feet of Diouf who dribbled a local defender on the edge of the box and shot on goal but the ball hit the left post. Bangkok Glass answered quickly with a far shot by Kaikaew that went directly to the hands of the goalkeeper, and with a corner kick poorly cleared by the goalkeeper, the ball ended in the feet of a local player whose shot on goal was cleared to corner by the goalkeeper with some trouble. Bangkok Glass had a new chance in the feet of Narong, but his shot from outside the box went over the bar. The last opportunity of the first half was for Suban, who dribbled a defender after receiving the ball in the edge of the box but his shot went out nearly touching the bar.
The second half started with a chance for Saraburi, after a wall-play on the edge of the box but the shot by the rival player ended in the hands of Narit. Bangkok Glass answered with a crossing from the right side by Kaimbi that was headed slightly out by Chatree. Could score again Chatree after a great through-pass by Tasevski on the left side of the box that left him face-to-face against the goalkeeper, but he could not score after the quick exit of the goalie. After this chance, the visiting team had 3 opportunities in a row, first with a shot from outside the box that was saved by Narit without trouble, then with a free-kick from the right side that was headed out by a rival attacker when he was alone inside the small box, and finally with a strong shot from outside the box by Sirisak that was touched slightly by Narit and the ball ended up hitting the bar. Despite the control of the game by the local team, the visiting team managed to create dangerous chances. When it seemed the game would end as it started, the victory goal arrived; it was minute 89. A crossing to the area from the left side by Praweenwat was poorly cleared by the goalkeeper in a struggle with a local attacker and a visiting defender, the ball arrived to where Kaimbi was who only had to head on goal. However, the game would have some more action, with a chance for each side. The first one for the local team, after a break-through on the right wing by Kaimbi, but his crossing back from the goal line was shot wide out by Tasevski coming from second line. The last chance was for Saraburi, in a free-kick from the edge of the box; the low shot to the left of Narit was slightly touched by him and the ball ended up hitting the post, the subsequent deflection was shot over the bar from outside the box by Sirisak. This was the last chance of an exciting game that was not decided until the last minute.
With this win, Bangkok Glass is still second in the standings with 30 points, tied to Muang Thong United, who also won their match. The leader, Buriram United, tied their game against Nakhon Ratchasima, and is still leader with 32 points, but now only with two points advantage over the pursuers. The first place in the table will be in stake in Matchday 15, when Bangkok Glass will visit Buriram United.
